Videos and DVDs will not be refunded unless they are returned sealed. Magazines and books also cannot be refunded.

You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. (Please note that items returned to us by post are sent entirely at your own risk). You can also return non-faulty goods to our shop for an exchange only - please /bring your invoice/receipt with you.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by the manufacturer or by ourselves before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds will be given within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.
