All International orders are sent with an airmail signed for service.
For Orders up to 2kg in weight online tracking information is available up to the point of departure from the UK (depending on your local mail service items may be trackable in the destination country also).
Purchasing Outside EU Countries
Please be aware, all parcels going outside EU destinations, will pass through customs procedures. The customs team in your county will decide on whether any duties and taxes are applicable to your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that this may cause you.
Please note that due to the nature of the Royal Mail service it is not possible to trace a delayed parcel until 28 days after shipping.
If you are unhappy with a product ordered - please return the product in its original condition (with packaging and tags) to us within 14 days.
We will then offer a refund or alternative product. All you do is pay for the postage.
We advise that you return the product using a secure delivery method as we are not responsible for items until we have received them.
If you receive your product and it is faulty, please return it to us stating the problem and we will refund or replace the product and pay for the return postage (please contact us first so that we can give you instructions on how to send it to us).
